okay, so I was not blogging and posting since 2011, but things sure changed in 2012. I am now over 80 pounds lighter and stronger and actually feel 28 years younger. It is a long story, but I hope to get you caught up with this jouney which began with changing our eating to a healthier life style in August 2012. So I have over a year of the NEW eating and will share it with you. It is easy when you decide to change and I am never hungry and I don't spend money on pills or tablets or anything to make this work. I do take some supplements, but you can do this with ONLY a change in what you eat! and of course, lots of reading and educating yourself.
here are a few highlights. Three books will help you the most. I am working on a list of good food choices and bad choices and a list of never eat this, so will post that when it is completed.
in the mean time: books and links to get you going.....

we need to change our thinking on good and bad foods! fat is good, grains are not. Difficult to wrap your brain around that for sure!
